Quick Notes

Just a couple of quick notes for everyone to watch as they are cashing out.

1.) We have had some confusion on when to use paper clips with ones and when not to. The ONLY time we paperclip ones is if there are 25. You paper clip these together so that it is easier to count. If you have 22 ones don’t paperclip. If you have 27 ones you would clip 25 and leave 2 loose. If you have 58 ones you would clip two bundles of 25 each and leave 8 loose. If anyone has any questions regarding this please ask me.

2.) The green check list and the white boat count sheet should be separated and not stapled together when placed in your bag. It makes if very time consuming for accounting to deal with stapled papers when they deal with on average 22 bags a day. Please give accounting a hand and pull them apart before putting them in the bag.

3.) Please remember that we replace the bank back into its original baggie and we do this with the smallest bills possible. All remaining big bills (your deposit) get placed inside the purple sheet with your charges and tickets etc.

If anyone has any questions or is unsure about the cash out process let me know. Now that we are hiring up, I will have time to come around and work with each of you. Thank you for your patience as we work to get enough staff to fill all spots.
