This is Easter Weekend! I want to wish everyone a fantastic holiday if you celebrate. I also would like to thank you all for your patience as I try and navigate through some very intense flash fires that have been cropping up. We have lost a couple of people, but we are trying to build back up. I know it has been hard on all of you for the coverage, and I just want to express my thanks for sticking with it and helping me out. If you see any issues or have a complaint, please just give me a call. I have heard grumblings and that is not good for moral. Please stop complaining to other staff and just simply call myself or George and we will do our best to find a resolution. There is no need for people to get worked up. Please just give me a call. I have not been to my desk very much lately but can probably resolve issues if you just speak to me.
For those who may have not met him yet, we do have a new Assistant Visitor Services Manager. His name is George Pack and he will be introducing himself to you all as soon as he can.
