Specifics you should know:
On the ticket system the Origin for this run is NA (stands for NationalHarbor / Alexandria) and the Destination is DC
The very first trip of the day 9:35am goes directly from NH to DC. This trip should not be sold in AL even though the ticket system will allow you to.
There are two trips that depart from AL only. Specifically the 11:10am and 3:10pm. That means that the boat did not originate from NH. The ticket sellers in NH and GL should not sell this departure time as the customer will not have a boat to get on.
There are two trips that depart from NH then continue to AL then to DC. Specifically the 1:50pm and 5:50pm trips. Ticket sellers in AL should use the tickets labeled [VIA AL]. These tickets are only available at the AL POS’s. The ticket seller will have to select the times departing NH 1:10pm and 5:10pm. This ticket will print out the NH dock time as well as the AL dock time.
For passengers returning on the 2:30pm boat from DC there will be a voucher handed out by the Captain / Crew to connect to NH using the NationalHarbor / Alexandria Water Taxi.
