There seems to be some confusion regarding the Miss Sophie Schedule. If you read the rack card it is pretty basic, but let me go over it with you so you will not be confused.
If you look along the top of the Rack Card it says:
MAY 23 - SEPTEMBER 1, 2014
6 Days a week - CLOSED WEDNESDAYS
This means the boat runs every day but Wednesdays. We seem to have some confusion on that point. If the customer complains, then show him where it says that in bold on the top of the rack card.
Also, the first two boats of the morning only depart from one location unlike the remaining boats.
9:35am is from National Harbor ONLY and goes straight to the Mall
11:10am is from Alexadria ONLY and goes straight to the Mall
Please stop selling the 11:10 as departing from NH. This has been happening a lot. It is only out of AL.
All remaining departures start from National Harbor and stop in Alexandria then go to the Mall.
1:00pm NH & 1:35pm AL
3:55pm NH & 4:30pm AL
6:30pm NH & 7:05pm AL
The last departure out of the Mall is 7:45 One Way only back to (AL 8:15pm arrival & NH 8:45pm arrival)
The ticket time in the computer for the NH/AL leg is just like the Water Taxi for GL/NH. It will list the NH time on the system but on the ticket it will list both NH & AL times. Make sure the customer knows what time their boat will depart from their location.
