IMPORTANT!!
Based on the high water we will need to shut down several trips. The water this morning was over the fixed pier at the water taxi dock, covered the Cherry Blossom landing and covered the lower landing behind the ticket booth(up the third step). The T piers were also under water. My major concerns are loading and unloading the Tilp, if the T piers go under we would not have anywhere to get folks on or off, second major concern is clearing the 14th street bridges and flooding in Georgetown. The expected crest is 1am Sunday morning at just under 11ft, at 11 ft water would be out on 31st street at 18 ft Washington Harbor floods even with Flood gates up.

Friday night

· Shut down the 930pm and 1030pm Monuments departures.

· Shut down the 1005 Alexandria departure and 1045pm entire water taxi loop.

Saturday

· Shutdown the 935am entire trip, and 1110am entire trip on Miss Sophie then make decisions on the rest of the day tomorrow morning.

· Shutdown the 1035 am, and 1045am entire taxi loops, Shutdown the 1045pm entire water taxi loop. Reevaluate for Sunday.

· Admiral Tilp Shutdown the 11am seaport tour and evaluate the day, cancel charter or move it to be out of Alexandria (but we may still have issues out Alexandria if the water comes up)

· Monuments – Shutdown the 930pm and 1030pm monuments trips.

· Hope to move AT charter to MC.
